Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.

Quote by Pablo Picasso.

When we were a child, the possibilities, and freedom of creation were huge. The world was a giant canvas and the colors fascinated us. Who never drew on the wall of your house? Remember the day you came home dirty from the school’s art class?
A child’s drawing can tell us much more than what we are seeing. Even the simplest drawing can contain your stories, desires, and feelings. Your colors and eyes shine and communicate with the world.
Creativity opens a series of doors and talents that can manifest in different areas, such as music, plastic arts, writing or gastronomy. Possibilities that become procrastinating excuses as life goes on. According to Ghiselin (1952), creativity “is the process of change, development, evolution in the organization of subjective life”
Why then forget about this artist, who was born with us? When you feel sad, stressed, simply draw an image, write a sentence, play one musical note, or sing a chorus. I’m sure the art will bring you the smile and the confidence that has always been at your side.
So what do you do to relieve stress and stimulate your creativity?
