As we Express our Gratitude, we must Never Forget that the Highest Appreciation is not to utter Words, but to Live by them

After awaking from a dream that left her for seven days in bed, Mary Jane padded across the room to the window. Inside, the room looked so dark that she couldn’t see anything in front of her face. A ray of light of a bright sun, brings back, not light alone, but new life, and hope. She opens the curtains. The light is very strong and illuminates the whole room. Her vision was lost, but her feelings are much stronger. She did not demand anything else. She had her life back. You own voice was still there.

Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. Know how to use it means to make better relationships, new opportunities, and clients. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to love, to engage and build new friends.

Why are words so cool? Kind and sweet words are a polite way of making respected and lasting relationships. Have you ever noticed the power of words?

Jesus reminds us that the words we speak are actually the overflow of our hearts. Apostle Paul wrote, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen”

Dale Carnegie’s in his book titled “How to make friends and influence people” explains how good friendships are made.”You can make more friends in two months by being interested in them, than in two years by making them interested in you.” The only way to make quality, lasting friendships is to learn to be genuinely interested in them and their interests.

When you express your gratitude through words you increase your well-being and happiness by doing so. In addition, gratefulness—and especially the expression of it to others—is associated with increased energy, optimism, and empathy.
