What’s Totally Worth its Risk? Tips for Breaking Out of Your Comfort Zone

“Under Fear”
Tina-Rex lost her mother at birth. Her life has since been of challenges, fears, and risks. The initial stress of facing life alone led Tina to face her fears head-on, through various challenges, obstacles, and disputes over territory. She needed to break out of her comfort zone, knowing her enemies, learning new things and facing real life. Neither her low voice prevented Tina from dreaming, seeking survival, and reaching for success. Yes, we can do it!! The growl was so loud that the whole forest seems to have heard. Tina discovered the value of fear and taking risks.

. . .

Your comfort zone is the space where behaviors, activities, and settings are all familiar and routine. It’s where you minimize stress and risk. It’s like home.
It’s important to push the boundaries of your comfort zone, and when you do this, you always learn something special.
Fear is a valuable thing. It keeps people safe and encourages caution when caution is due. Sometimes, new challenges are what you need to make your life more productive.
I decided to list some tips that can help you step out of your comfort zone and be more productive.
Let’s do it!

Challenge Yourself

Make new friends, choose a different route and go for a walk, try a different type of food. It doesn’t matter if the changes you are planning are big or not, you can start in the way you do things on a day-to-day basis.

Learn a New Language

Learning a new language can be fun, and the process has many cognitive advantages.

Turn It Into A Learning Experience

Take the focus off the discomfort of stepping out of your comfort zone by asking, “What am I learning about myself and the other people in this situation? How can I use this information in my professional and personal lives?

Visualize Success

Instead of thinking that taking risks could go wrong, close your eyes and clearly visualize what a successful outcome looks like. Where are you and what does success feel like? Create that powerful image each time you feel fear stepping out of your comfort zone.
So how do you step past the fear? Let me know here in comments!
